Up a steep flight of stairs, there are also two low loungers with mattresses under the sloping roof and directly on the floor. There is no running water and no heating. The property offers several beautiful seating areas for the sunny hours of the day. Children are sure to enjoy the various play equipment (at their own risk!). There is also an outdoor shower. Mariannelund also has a candy factory and a film town where you can marvel at some of the sets from the classic Astrid Lindgren films. There are numerous swimming and fishing lakes in the area around Mariannelund. In Lake Skruven you can fish for previously released rainbow trout. A fishing licence is required here before you can cast your hook into the water from one of the jetties that surround the lake shore.
