Clean.
Basic but perfectly decent for the couple of nights I was in Birmingham.
Towels, shower gel, loo roll, washing up stuff, all provided.
The flat is a little warm and the windows don’t open to lee any fresh air in. The lounge could use a coffee table and/or a small dining table. But it didn’t affect my stay tbh.

Easy access to getting keys to the apartment in shop right across from the apartment,
Great communication from the host, very helpful.
Very clean comfortable bed very spacious living room and kitchen and was spotless.
10 min walk to broad street.
Apartment was on the 5th floor and on the day the lift was out of order cant really fault the host.
some soft furnishing and small table in the living room would have been nice touch....
but was a very comfortable stay.

Clean and comfy bed and good location
No hot water at 10am and toilet wouldn’t flush. Messaged the owner no reply. Was hot as you can’t open any windows and no fans or air conditioning definitely couldn’t stay in summer.
