The place is comfortable and safe always.
There was a lot of noise. Room 1 visitor was very drunk. Some incident happened and he use loud vulgar language and loud noise. It was very annoyed and staff did not do anything. The visitor went on almost hole night. I could not sleep. I wanted to claim my money back and leave but was a bit scared for confrontation with this room1 guy. This should not be aloud and immediate removal from the premises should have happened. The loud vulgar language was a piss off. I hope u done investigation on it.

Its still cold. No warm blanket just a fleece blanket. Discovered bedlinen was clean but bed sheet was a tear in and dirty marks on. No kettle and cups in the room.

Location was good.
No avaliable remote to the gate. Limited parking space for vehicles.Only one remote. We were resting after a 6Hour drive from Oudtshoorn to Cape Town, to attend and event later, the lady at the establishment wake us up for the remote of the TV.,
