PARKING

On-street parking is restricted on the road, but there are free and paid options nearby:

- Ferry Hinksey Road (2-minute walk): free between 4:30pm and 10am. Please look for the signs which say: Mon-Fri, 8am-6:30pm, 2 hours.
- Oatlands Road Recreation Ground Car Park (end of the road): £10.70 for 24 hours, maximum stay 24 hours.

BOOKING INFORMATION

- Guest verification (SafeGuest): For the safety of our guests and property, all bookings are securely verified through SafeGuest. After booking, you'll receive a secure link to complete a quick verification process.
- Pre-check-in process: The SafeGuest link includes your ID verification, pre-check-in form and guest details. This must be completed before check-in instructions are released. For last-minute bookings, please complete it straight away.
- Security deposit: A £150 security deposit is required. SafeGuest verifies your payment method with a £1 authorisation and holds the deposit details during your stay. No funds are taken unless damage or rule violations occur.
