World Class Views B offers the upper and main lower levels of this spectacular Queenstown home, providing generous space, privacy, and breathtaking panoramic views across Lake Wakatipu, The Remarkables, and Ben Lomond.



Arrive to ample off-street parking before making your way up the cobbled stairs to the main entrance. Inside, you'll find a spacious open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area designed to maximise the incredible alpine outlook. Large windows and wrap-around balconies create seamless indoor-outdoor living, allowing guests to fully appreciate the stunning surroundings.



The upper level features two spacious bedrooms, both with private ensuites, along with a guest powder room. The master suite includes a luxurious designer bath, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring Queenstown.



Heading downstairs, you'll find a conveniently located laundry tucked away, along with access to the rear garden area. Two additional queen bedrooms are located on this level, both featuring private ensuite bathrooms, making this home ideal for families, couples travelling together, or small groups seeking extra comfort and privacy.



Please note that World Class Views B is the 4-bedroom configuration of the property. The lower self-contained studio section, comprising an additional three bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchenette, lounge, and dining area, is securely locked and unavailable when booking this configuration. For larger groups, the entire property can also be booked as World Class Views, offering a total of 7 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms.
