Kayak/ paddle board Use Guidelines:
◦ Safety First: Always wear a properly fitted life jacket (PFD) while using the kayaks.
◦ Paddling at Your Own Risk: Use of the kayaks is at your own risk. Guests are responsible for their safety and the safety of anyone in their party.
◦ Supervision: Children must be carefully supervised by an adult at all times while using the kayaks.
◦ Weather and Water Conditions: Check weather and water conditions before heading out, and avoid kayaking in extreme weather.
◦ Know Your Limits: Only paddle within your skill level and choose waters appropriate for your experience.
◦ Damage or Loss: Guests are responsible for any damage or loss to the kayaks or associated equipment during their stay.
◦ Cleaning: Please rinse the kayaks and paddles with fresh water after each use to prevent damage and the spread of invasive species.
◦ Storage: Store kayaks and equipment under the deck when not in use.
◦ Liability: Guests agree to waive any claims against the host for accidents or injuries arising from the use of kayaks.
◦ Off-Premises Use & Insurance: Insurance may not cover injuries or incidents that occur off the property while using the kayaks. Guests are advised to check their personal insurance coverage.

Any items left behind, that need to be shipped back to the guest, will incur a $25 service charge, in addition to shipping costs. Small pre-approved gatherings considered on a case-by-case basis. Maximum 20 attendees total. Quiet hours strictly enforced. No open-invite parties. Unauthorized parties/events are strictly prohibited, and will result in the additional fines and/or the cancellation of your reservation, with no refund. Guest acknowledges that the property includes waterfront areas, docks, stairs, uneven terrain, fire pit areas, and recreational amenities.

Guest voluntarily assumes all risks associated with swimming, boating, dock usage, fishing, fire pit usage, and outdoor activities.

Host shall not be held liable for injuries, accidents, drowning, slips, falls, weather-related incidents, or loss/damage of personal property occurring on the premises.

Guest accepts responsibility for supervising all children and attendees during the stay and event.

By booking and/or signing a rental agreement, Guest releases and holds harmless the Host from claims arising from use of the property and waterfront amenities.
