Typical Florida vacation home (4 adults and 2 children) on a quiet street, 3 minutes from the beach (North Jettie Beach)—this beach is known for its shark teeth—west of the Tamiani Trail (41). Close to shops, downtown Venice, many cozy restaurants, the chic Casey Key Rd, the Intracoastal Waterway for various water sports, etc.
The house has been completely remodeled, stylishly furnished, and equipped with all modern conveniences.

Everything was very clean. The washing machine need new labels and the modem needed to be reset; however, everything else was good. If you have toddlers, be sure to be careful with the step ups and step downs (less than 4 inches, but enough to trip one up.

This was a beautiful house, well appointed kitchen , comfortable beds, beautiful new furniture, all in all, very well done and we appreciate it all the little touches! We would definitely stay here again

Place was great and we had all we needed. Fully equipped kitchen is nice too. Beds are wonderful! Lots of parking. Great host!

Great location - very close to the beach yet in a desirable neighborhood. Host was attentive and everything was wonderful. Nice back yard and sitting areas. Very clean and gorgeous home. Will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Florida!!!
