À propos de cette location de vacances
La Mansarda occupies the first floor of a single-family home with a fenced-in garden.
It features a spacious, fully equipped kitchen and living area, a double bedroom with a bed that can be split into two, a single bedroom, a separate laundry room, and a bathroom with a shower and bidet. Guests also have access to on-site parking and a seasonal vegetable garden.
The house is located on the edge of a quiet residential neighborhood, just a short walk from a shopping center. The Pordenone Fairgrounds, the city’s historic center, and the numerous cultural events that define the city are all easily accessible, including “Pordenone Legge” in September, the Silent Film Festival in October, the Blues Festival in July, and, among the various museums, the Comics Museum. Nearby are the charming villages of Sacile, Polcenigo, Spilimbergo, Valvasone, and San Vito al Tagliamento, as well as Casarsa della Delizia—about 10 km away—which is home to the museum dedicated to Pier Paolo Pasolini.
Excellent connections to the A28 and A27 highways, ideal for reaching the airports in Treviso (47 km) and Venice (55 km).
Perfect for a small family, a group of friends, or business travelers.
The apartment on the floor below, which is usually vacant, is occasionally occupied by the property managers to tend to the garden and vegetable garden—always with the utmost discretion and respect for guests’ privacy.
