Waterfront & Boating -



Anglers and boaters will love the private dock, quick access to Pine Island Sound, and easy boating routes to world-class fishing waters. Guests may tie up a boat at the dock, and there is ample space for boat-trailer parking.



The public boat ramp is within walking distance, making it easy to get out on the water. A fish-cleaning station is available along the dock, and stairs down to the water make launching a kayak from the seawall more convenient.



Outdoor Living -



Surrounded by tropical landscaping, the property feels like a peaceful island hideaway. Enjoy coffee by the canal, cast a line from the dock, fire up the gas grill for dinner, or take the owner-provided bicycles out for a leisurely ride through Matlacha.

A gas grill is provided; propane refills, if needed, are the guest’s responsibility.
