Step through the “Private Residence” frosted-glass doors into a bright, contemporary living space. The open-concept layout features a comfortable seating area for relaxing after a day in the sun, a TV for movie nights, and a dining table where everyone can gather for meals or planning the next adventure. The full kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, plenty of counter space, and all the essentials you need to cook at home—from quick breakfasts to laid-back dinners.

All three bedrooms are thoughtfully designed for rest and relaxation, with cozy beds, soft carpeting, and ample closet and dresser storage for longer stays. One bedroom includes a desk and chair, providing a convenient workspace if you need to check in with the office or study while you’re away. A stylish, spa-like bathroom offers a large walk-in tiled shower and a long granite vanity, making it easy for everyone to get ready for the day.

Guests check in conveniently at the hotel lobby with the receptionist, adding an extra layer of ease and security to your stay. Please treat the suite as you would your own home: no smoking, vaping, or illegal substances. Small, quiet gatherings are welcome with prior approval from your host, and visitors must be registered with the front desk. Total people in the suite at any time, including visitors, may not exceed 6. No events, amplified music, or open invitations. Quiet hours are 10 PM - 7 AM out of respect for our neighbors. Please take care of the furniture and decor, report any damages promptly, and follow all Luana Waikiki building and safety guidelines posted in the suite. Checkout: please leave dishes washed or rinsed, remove your food from the fridge, and bag all trash. A suite left needing cleaning well beyond a normal turnover may be charged for the extra cleaning time.
