The location was unbeatable. Being able to walk 100 feet and be on the beach was incredible. We could see the water from the house which was lovely. Having enough bedrooms and bathrooms for extended family. The property was very clean when we arrived. The outdoor shower was great for trying to keep sand out of the house. The kitchen was well supplied--although no coffee was available for either the Keurig or drip, so that was a jump scare the first morning. Overall it was a really nice stay for our group of 9.

This property is perfect for large groups and/or multiple families. Keep in mind there it's 3 floors with lots of stairs. There is an elevator onsite. The location is a quick 2 minute walk out on the beach and the views are amazing. The host was quick to respond to questions and comments. Great stay!

The house was nice and spacious but the house wasn’t clean. The bathrooms were dirty with pubic hair and dirt. The toilet had pee all over it. The hot tub had stuff floating in it. When we reached out to have someone come and clean no one ever did. Someone randomly showed up and walked up the outside steps where my grandma was changing, then proceeded to drain dirty hot tub water from the previous renters on top of me while in the outdoor shower. I mentioned these issues and they were never addressed and they said the cleaning that needed to be addressed was minimal and not a requirement for them to maintain. They said we were being picking but I don’t think bathroom and kitchen cleanliness is something minimal considering the pee and pubes and mold. The kitchen utensils, plates, bowls, and dishes were all dirty with food. Ice maker had mold all over the door. Check in was easy and it was close to the beach. It’s advertised with elevator but the signs on all the doors were pretty much useless at your own risk so we were confused.
