Stone and wood house completely restored in 2024. Located near the owners in the village of Bouzic. Access by a wide staircase leading to a terrace. Entrance to the living room, pleasant living room and fully equipped kitchen. A balcony with a breathtaking view of the hillsides of Bouzic and the shared garden. On the first floor, you will have access by a slightly narrow spiral staircase to the bedroom equipped with a 160x200 bed and a bathroom with a shower & toilet. Access to the first floor is also possible through a door opening onto the garden.
The accommodation
The accommodations are equipped with reversible air conditioning on both levels as well as access to WIFI.
The terrace is exclusively reserved for you, it offers a view of a field of truffle oaks.
The door of the room allows you pleasant access to the outside. It overlooks a garden shared with the owners.
In the village, for the less chilly, you can take a refreshing bath in the river Céou.
In July and August, every Tuesday evening the village offers a very famous gourmet market, the opportunity for a walk or bike ride right next door.
Bouzic is the ideal place to visit the Périgord Noir and return in the evening to a small peaceful village far from the crowds.
We can offer baby equipment if needed.
Other remarks
Supply of duvet (220 x240) and pillows (60x60) for the bed in 160. However, remember to bring fitted sheets, duvet cover and pillowcase as well as bath towels or let us know if you wish to take the bed linen + 4 towels option (20€) so that we can put them in place when preparing your arrival.

A second cottage for two people, La Tremoulette, is also available so don't hesitate if you want to come with friends but keep your independence!
