Ocean Breeze's swimming pool is opened May through October with no additional fees.

Hot Tub will be installed April 15, 2026 and will be available year round with a mandatory $80.00 activation fee for Price Break, Tranquil, Thanksgiving, Christmas and Getaway Season.

This property comes with a free linen package for weekly rentals only, which includes: bed sheets, pillow cases, towels, wash cloths, bath mats, and kitchen towel sets. Any stay less than a week the linens will be a guest charge to be added to the reservation cost.

Check-in will be in person at the Coastline Realty rental office which is located at 965 Old Folkstone Rd. Suite 108 Sneads Ferry, NC 28460. ID’s will be required at check-in and must match the name on the reservation contract. At check-in, guest will be given a Check-in Packet that will include: WiFi information, keys or key codes whichever applies, parking passes, pool passes (if required), any additional house rules if applicable, directions to property, emergency contact information, things to do info sheet, and check-out procedures. Please do not go directly to the property before check-in as it will only delay the process for you. If housekeepers or inspectors see cars in the driveway, they will move on to the next house and you may miss your early rotation with cleaning/inspecting.

For late arrival check-in you will need to call the office before noon on your check-in day to receive after hours check-in instructions. Please be prepared to forward a digital copy of your photo ID (name matching the reservation) to the office.

Ocean Breeze is a wonderful beach home, like new, with outstanding views and lots of amenities, it will not last so why not book it today while select weeks may still be available.
