This memorable house is the perfect home base for your trip to Colorado Springs. With four bedrooms featuring a mix of king, queen, twin, and bunk beds, guests will find plenty of space to relax. Two lovely living rooms offer extra sleeping options with comfortable sofa beds. The house includes two bathrooms, making mornings easy for everyone. Whether you’re unwinding after a day of adventure or gathering for a cozy night in, this charming home provides a terrific setting. Other things to note
Because we are in a family neighborhood, we ask that you observe quiet hours after 10:00PM.
Also, due to the fire danger in our area year round, we ask that you do not smoke at any time on our property.
We do allow up to 2 Pets/Dogs with pre approval and the $75 Per Pet/Dog Fee Paid. If you bring dogs without paying or bring more dogs than you paid for, then it's a $500 Fine. Please keep all Pets/Dogs off All Furniture and Beds/Linen and pick up all Dog Poop so you do incur extra cleaning and damage fees. Thanks
It is windy here so dust can accumulate and its pet friendly so there will be pet hair from time to time just the nature of being pet friendly.
Please be aware of your surroundings. We are in the Foothills. We've had Bears in our Front Yard. We've had Deer in our backyard. Or numerous other wild animals.
You might see Moth or Spider or mouse in the house. which is normal due to the mountain living.

We also wanted you to be aware of that you're staying in a Pet Friendly Home even though you're not bringing any dogs etc.
This means you might see a dog hair etc in the home from previous dogs.
Every home is deep cleaned but there may be occasions where there is some pet hair that may have been missed.
