À propos de cette location de vacances
Welcome to Anastasia #314!
This beautifully appointed 2-bedroom condo is the perfect retreat for your Saint Augustine getaway. Ideally located near shopping, dining, and sightseeing—and just a quick 5-minute drive to the historic Old City—you’ll have the best of both beachside relaxation and cultural exploration right at your fingertips.
Start your mornings with coffee on your private balcony, listening to the waves roll ashore. Spend the day walking the sugar-sand beach, or lounge poolside while the kids splash and play in the never-crowded pool.
Inside, the condo comfortably accommodates the whole family with a queen bed in the master suite and two beds, a full and a twin, in the guest bedroom—perfect for teens or extra guests. The living room and both bedrooms feature TVs with free cable, plus complimentary Wi-Fi so you can stay connected (or even sneak in a little work if you must).
The fully stocked kitchen makes mealtime easy when you want to dine in, though you’ll also be just minutes away from world-class restaurants offering everything from fresh seafood to fine dining.
Looking for adventure? Local outfitters rent bikes, surfboards, paddleboards, and more—so you can pack light and still enjoy the best of the beach.
✨ Whether your perfect vacation means exploring historic sites, relaxing by the ocean, or creating family
June/July Saturday to Saturday 7-night rentals only please.

Great location and easy access to the beach. The only inconvenience was the elevator closest to my unit was out of order.
