Welcome to La Jolla Excellence, a name that speaks for itself. In Spanish, "la joya" means "the jewel," and this oceanfront haven is exactly that, a radiant gem set along the stunning shores of Rosarito. We’re delighted to share our piece of paradise with you.



The Space:

This is a beautiful two story condo has five bedrooms with smart TV in each one, five full bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, two living rooms, dining room and two balconies with a gorgeous180 degree ocean view.



Guest Access:

This isn’t just an apartment; it’s a master key to a first-class resort lifestyle. Your stay includes access to an unparalleled collection of amenities that put the "excellence" in the name:



Your Private Beach Club: A pristine, private sandy beach is your new front yard.



Waters of Luxury: Take a dip in one of two pools (one indoor/covered, perfect for any weather), then let your worries melt away in any of the ten Jacuzzis.



Recharge & Rejuvenate: Detox in the saunas and steam rooms, then find your center in the two ocean-view gyms, because a workout with a view is no workout at all.



Play & Gather: Challenge friends on one of five multi-sport courts, host a gathering in the three clubhouses with full kitchens, or let the kids explore the playground. Stroll the boardwalk and jogging trails as the sun sets over the Pacific.



And after a day of indulgence, retreat to our stylishly appointed apartment, your own secure treasure chest. You'll enjoy the convenience of underground parking, all within a beautifully landscaped community that feels a world away, yet is less than a mile from the vibrant energy of downtown Rosarito. The US border is a mere 30 minutes away, making this gem easier to reach than you might think.



The Neighborhood:

We are located in a very convenient part of the famous Popotla Blvd.

There are restaurants, craft shops and a convenience store within walking distance. We are just 5 minutes south of downtown Rosarito, 15 minutes north of the famous lobster town Puerto Nuevo, and 45 minutes from the beautiful wine region Valle de Guadalupe, you surely won't run out of things to do and watch.



Getting Around:

Public transport can be easily secured right in front of the complex.



Other Things to Note:

No unregistered guests or visitors allowed during your stay. Guest list (10 maximum including children) must be registered 24 hours prior to your arrival. Once registered there's no changes. NO EXCEPTIONS.



There's surveillance cameras located inside the elevators, hallways, parking and common areas for security purposes.



HOA has basic community rules that need to be followed in order to have a peaceful experience otherwise you may be asked to leave the condominium and lose your reservation.



AC & Heating Use

We’re committed to keeping our prices affordable while being mindful of energy consumption.

To help us with this, we kindly ask that you use the air conditioning and heating only when necessary. Please remember to turn them off whenever you leave the house and at the end of your stay.

This small effort goes a long way in helping us conserve energy and maintain reasonable rates for all our guests.

Please note that excessive or improper use may result in an additional charge.



*Washer & Dryer Use: we do offer access to a washer and dryer for your convenience. Please note that there is an additional charge of $60 for use during your stay. If you’d like to add this service, just let us know in advance, and we’ll be happy to arrange it for you
