- Access to resort style ammenites with pool, hot-tub, and ski lifts (Fee Required; paid directly to resort)
Ski-In/Ski-Out Convenience:
Grab your gear and hit the slopes in seconds—walk to the Granby Ranch ski lifts from the front door! No shuttles, no long treks, just effortless access to the mountain. After a day on the snow, ski right back to the house and warm up in a comfortable, inviting space designed for relaxation.
Mountain Biking Heaven: In the warmer months, Granby Ranch transforms into a biking paradise. Bike trails are visible right from the home, making it easy to hop on your bike and go. Watch riders cruise down the mountain while you sip your morning coffee or enjoy an evening drink on the deck.
Resort Amenities Available: Guests have optional access to the Granby Ranch community pool and hot tub. (Please note: a fee is required for access, which is paid directly to the community/HOA.) Our stay at Granby was great because of this place! Karen was really responsive as we were booking and getting to her place. It’s really cozy with the fireplace and everything is as the website says. It’s very well stocked and roomy enough for a big group. We loved the views out the windows and their selection of games. We will definitely stay here again!

This mountain house was perfect for our family getaway! The home had plenty of space for my 3 kids to play, while my husband and I relaxed by the fire. We loved the cozy living areas, well-equipped kitchen, and how clean everything was. It felt like a true home away from home. The host was very responsive and made everything easy from start to finish. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to families looking for a peaceful ski-area retreat!
