On the first floor are the common areas where you can discover:
-a dining room with fireplace and a large table that can accommodate 15 guests;
-a fully equipped kitchen (2 ovens, 2 microwaves, 1 large fridge-freezer, 1 dishwasher), for your breakfasts (1 filter coffee maker, 1 Dolce Gusto pod coffee maker, 1 kettle and 1 toaster), as well as all the crockery and equipment necessary for the preparation of good meals, this kitchen also has a large table that can accommodate 8 additional people;
-a relaxation area with a lounge area with a sofa bed, a bar, billiards, table football, a dart board and many board games available.
On the 1st and 2nd floors are:
- 8 spacious and comfortable rooms, each equipped with a TV and quality bedding. Bed linen and towels are provided, beds are made on arrival.
-4 bathrooms with spacious showers (2 single and 2 collective)
-3 toilets, one on each level
Outside:
Enjoy a moment of well-being in our 7-seater jacuzzi, ideal for relaxing after a day of activity, a terrace with large tables to share meals outside, another terrace with a brazier, a petanque court, a sheltered lounge and bar area, a children's playground and a barbecue.
A large private parking lot allowing the parking of several vehicles.
A cot and a high chair are also available.
Many sports, cultural and relaxation activities are available nearby.

-for information, the house has an alarm and video surveillance system, the cameras only film in case of intrusion and are deactivated during your stay.
