We enjoyed our stay and the location was excellent. The Fountain of Youth is literally right around the corner, and you can be at the Fort or Old City Gates in roughly 5-minutes (driving). Our only issues was the pool was not usable for the first four days as it was dirty. Also, there were no dressers for our clothes. The home is on a very busy street so not sure it is ideal for families with small children, but that was not an issue for us. The kitchen had more than enough plates, glasses, etc., but bring a muffin pan if you plan to make muffins for breakfast. If you want to be close to historic St. Augustine, but not actually stay there, this location is perfect.

The best house I’ve stayed at yet (being using Vrbo about 2 years now for my vacations). The house was beautiful and the host was so friendly, helpful, and professional!

We had a wonderful holiday stay at this property and truly couldn’t have asked for more. The home was exceptionally clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully stocked with all the kitchen supplies and utensils needed, which made cooking and hosting family meals easy and comfortable. The house was very spacious and accommodated our group of eight without ever feeling crowded.We especially loved the porch and backyard patio with the pool — a perfect place to relax and unwind. The location is fantastic as well. Just around the corner is Magnolia Avenue, which is lined with beautiful oak trees, and only a short walk away you can visit the Fountain of Youth and grab an excellent Cuban coffee from a local café.One of our favorite parts was being able to walk everywhere. The home is about a 30-minute walk to the historic district, and we walked to the Lightner Museum while easily avoiding holiday traffic and parking hassles. The area is so pleasant that we honestly didn’t want to leave.All in all, this is a lovely home in a great location, and we would absolutely recommend it for a family getaway. We would happily stay here again.
