The flat is ideally located in Franconville, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

- Walks in the Parc Cadet de Vaux
- Various leisure activities (tennis courts, football pitch, skating rink, bowling alley, cinema, etc.) nearby
- Visit Franconville
- Paris is less than 30 minutes by metro from the station (line H or RER C)
