Set in a quiet, private enclave yet just a short drive from Grayton Beach, local parks, shops, and dining, this coastal escape offers the best of both worlds—seclusion when you want it, and easy access to all the fun and flavor of 30A when you’re ready to explore.

We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

This condo comes with 2 parking spaces.

Property rules state: no RV's or trailers of any kind are allowed to be parked in the community parking area. Please call us to arrange off site parking if you are bringing a trailer or RV.

THIS IS A NO SMOKING PROPERTY - No smoking allowed anywhere including balconies!!  Smoking on property could result in eviction.
