Escape to this fabulous condo in picturesque Carlsbad. With two comfortable bedrooms featuring a king bed and two queen beds, guests enjoy plenty of space to relax (approx. 1475 square feet.) Two bathrooms offer both showers and a bathtub, making it easy to refresh after a day of exploring. One master bathroom is ensuite. The welcoming atmosphere is enhanced by thoughtful touches like air conditioning and heating, ensuring comfort year-round. Whether you’re unwinding indoors or planning your next adventure, this brilliant condo provides a perfect home base. You’re sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place. You will marvel at the 75 inch HDTV in living room & 40 inch HDTV in both bedrooms. Shower and separate tub in master bathroom, Hot tub is right outside your door on lower level. Enjoy both pools and three hot tubs. Beach is approximately a 15 minute walk or take the car. There is parking. Short drive to the center of town and all the restaurants at the corner of Carlsbad Blvd. & Carlsbad Drive. Condo is well cared for and maintained. You will enjoy the brown leather couch and chair. Close by property manager is of great help. Must sign a lease with property manager. Rules will be spelled out. It just duplicates what you have at vrbo and gives property manager all the helpful tools you will need. You will love the short walk to the Tamarack Beach, grocery store, drug store, lagoon. Bring your camera! Rent 30 days or more! Utilities are paid for under $500. Over $500 guest pays for.

We stayed in Elaine's condo for 5 weeks and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The location is unbeatable, only a 15 minute walk to Tamarack beach or a 20 minute walk to Carlsbad Village. The property is clean and well maintained and has two heated pools and three Jacuzzies. The neighbors are quiet and friendly. The unit itself is even nicer than the photos and it has a great view of the ocean from the patio. It is very well stocked with all amenities you will need for a beach trip including chairs, umbrellas, a cooler, and sand toys. Elaine was a great host and even made some extra room in her storage for us to store our bikes. We only had one minor issue after checking in but the property manager (Dorothy) stepped in and addressed it quickly and thoroughly. We hope to stay there again soon! Thank you Elaine and Dorothy!

Our family of 4(2 adults, 2 kids; 8 and 5 yrs old) just spent a wonderful month in Carlsbad!We absolutely loved our stay!The owner was very thoughtful; knowing we were coming w/ kids, she purchased new beach toys, 4 boogie boards, and 2 large Lego sets, so we didn't have to bring lots of extra toys.There were other games and puzzles available as well.Soft, cozy new robes for the adults' use and plenty of linens available for bath and bed, as well as pool towels.Beds were comfy, w/ mattress toppers.The 2 kids shared a room with 2 large beds.They could have easily fit into 1 bed.Living room w/ large recliner and couch with 2 reclining seats, plenty of extra sitting chairs/stools available throughout.TVs in both bedrooms besides the giant one in the living room. Kitchen had all we needed; microwave, dishwasher, gas stove & toaster oven.The washer and dryer worked great and seemed new.Condo is on the first floor, w/ elevator access from the garage.Dolly and large cart available to help you bring groceries up from garage if needed.Easy access to a more private hot tub and grill area in the back, and short walk to the salt water pool area (also access from garage), w/ a larger hot tub and grill.There are 2 patios; one w/ view of the lagoon and ocean.Perfect location, relaxing & close to grocery store, gas stations, short drive or walk to the beach, 1 exit away from Legoland. Attentive, quick & responsive manager. I wish we stayed longer and can't wait to go back!Highly recommend!

This was our second time staying at this condo. We loved it. It is very comfortable and had everything we needed for a month long stay. It has a beautiful view from the patio of the lagoon and ocean. It is in a gated community which is very well maintained. Since it is only a mile from the shore, we were able to enjoy the beach every day on our walks. We will be back!

The property is managed by a property management company. Both the PMC and owner were in contact if anything needed to be addressed. A few things popped up, but nothing that wasn’t addressed and it was items to no fault of owner/pmc. Hoping to stay again
