The apartment is located on the 4th floor with lift.
It is oriented north-east and overlooks the Dou Du Praz, the mountain famous in La Plagne in particular for its hiking trails, with dog sledding at the top and its mountain restaurant of the same name.

You will enjoy taking the famous Télébus, the free gondolas for pedestrians to go to Plagne Centre; or using the free bus networks to move between the many villages that make the charm of the resort (entertainment, commerce, SPA in Belle Plagne).

For the summer season the resort is also ideal: many free activities for children, decent mountain biking, road biking, hiking with or without ski lifts, paid heated swimming pool in Bellecôte or the SPA in Belle Plagne.

Optional underground parking for the winter season in the residence next door, and in low season and summer season: underground parking in the residence available free of charge.
