Our “Sund Huus” is a modern, single-story vacation home with about 90 square meters of living space, offering plenty of room for four people. A fifth person can comfortably sleep on the pull-out couch in the living room. Two cozy bedrooms with large double beds ensure restful nights; one of the rooms has its own walk-in bathroom. In total, there are two high-quality bathrooms—one with a shower and bathtub, the other with an additional shower. The bright living area opens onto the terrace, where you can enjoy a wonderful breakfast or wind down in the evening. On cooler days, the ethanol fireplace creates a particularly cozy atmosphere.

The location couldn’t be better: It’s only about 150 meters to Altefähr Beach, and the harbor—with its restaurants and seasonal ferry to Stralsund—is just a few minutes away. This makes it easy to combine relaxing days at the beach, walks along the promenade, and excursions to the Hanseatic city. There is a private parking space right next to the house, and bicycles can also be parked on the property without any problems. Pets are also welcome upon request.
