Relax on the large panoramic terrace, perfect for unwinding or dining outdoors while admiring the rooftops and monuments of the Eternal City.

2 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms
1 bedroom with two single beds and a separate bathroom
Spacious living room, dining room, and fully equipped kitchen
Ideal for couples or families of up to 6 guests who wish to experience true Roman life. Comfort is guaranteed with an elevator, concierge service, and high-speed fiber Wi-Fi.
The apartment is located in the center of Rome, with easy access to one of the city’s most charming squares, adorned by the beautiful 16th-century Turtle Fountain. This splendid top-floor apartment is served by an elevator and features a private rooftop terrace accessible from the living room via an internal spiral staircase.
The terrace is the highlight of the home—perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine at sunset while seated on the sofa and armchairs under the gazebo, or for enjoying breakfast at the outdoor table in the morning.

Tourist Tax (Rome City Tourist Tax):
In accordance with regulations set by the Municipality of Rome, all guests staying in accommodation facilities within the city are required to pay a tourist tax.
The tourist tax is not included in the total apartment cost and must be paid in cash (EUROS) at check-in. The tax amounts to €6 per person per night and applies for a maximum of 10 consecutive nights per person. Children up to 9 years of age are exempt

Great location with a pastry & coffee shop downstairs in the courtyard. Restaurants on every corner of this neighborhood. The a/c is perfect from every room. There is an elevator for help with luggage, but we mostly used the stairs…74 steps to be exact. We saw the Vatican, Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, and had dinner in the Pantheon square all within walking distance (18) minute walk at the most. Uber is readily available at this location. I love the rooftop, great views and some alone time with a glass of wine. Make a right out of the front entrance and another immediate right and go through the alley…you will hit the Jewish Ghetto plaza and on your left is a very nice restaurant called BA Ghetto. The owner also has another restaurant across the street. Ask for Samuel, a young man. Tell him Scott said hello.
