The main living area is a comfortable place to decompress after a day by the water. Sink into relaxed seating, stream your favorite shows on the 65` TV, or let the indoor fireplace take the edge off cool coastal evenings. Central heating and air conditioning keep the atmosphere just right year-round, with a ceiling fan adding to the easy, breezy feel. A full futon sofa in the living room doubles as sleeping space, comfortably accommodating up to four guests.

Sleeping arrangements
The bedroom features a king bed, a 50` TV, and a dresser for storing your things. Room-darkening shades, extra pillows, blankets, and hangers make it easy to settle into a genuine home-away-from-home rhythm. The living room futon converts to a full bed for additional guests.

Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook at your own pace - stainless steel appliances, a gas range, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and plenty of counter space. Cooking basics, dishes, wine glasses, a coffee maker, and a toaster are all on hand. Pull up a chair at the dining table to enjoy a home-cooked meal or map out the day`s adventures over a fresh cup of coffee.

Bathroom
The bathroom features a bathtub along with all the essentials - shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, hot water, and a hair dryer. Fresh towels are provided, and an iron is available for anything that needs a refresh.

Outdoor & shared spaces
Step out onto the patio or balcony to take in the coastal air, or head down to the backyard area to unwind. A shared patio deck and BBQ grill - complete with barbecue utensils - give you a great setup for an alfresco evening. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. Early arrival or late departure may be available at no additional charge, subject to availability. Checkout cleaning is included; mid-stay cleaning is available for an additional fee. This is a noise-sensitive community with Good Neighbor monitoring for sound levels only - your privacy is respected. Package delivery is not recommended as mailbox access is unavailable. No smoking anywhere on the property. No pets allowed, except approved ADA service animals. Guests must be 25 years or older to book.
