Just a few steps from the front door lies the newly redesigned marina promenade with its observation tower, the new landmark of Burgtiefe. The promenade, with plenty of spots to relax and barbecue, leads to the wide South Beach, which is only about 100 meters away. In the harbor and on the beach, you’ll find dining options ranging from rustic and simple to upscale. Cafés, restaurants, a bakery, two small supermarkets, bike rentals, and a surf school are all within walking distance. After a sunny day at the beach, interesting excursions, bike rides, or relaxing walks, you can often enjoy beautiful sunsets from the benches along the promenade.

The bathroom also has a small heater for colder days. The functionally equipped kitchenette features a four-burner electric stove, on which even larger meals can be comfortably prepared.
