Centrally located in Capitol Hill- the cultural hub of Seattle- this home lets you walk to restaurants, bars, music venues and outdoor attractions like Volunteer Park. Or, relax at home in the well-appointed interior with a full kitchen, wet bar, large sofa and private roof deck with stunning views of the Cascades & Mt. Rainier and large grill. We also have newly installed air conditioning in each bedroom and on the main floor to keep you cool in the summer and add extra heat in the winter! Downtown is minutes away by car and easy to get to by LightRail, Bus or Car. 600mbps wifi.

This was the perfect property for our visit to Seattle for the World Cup for our family of 4. The property itself was clean, lovely bedrooms and bathrooms and a kitchen equipped well enough for us to cook our breakfasts. The location was perfect for us - far enough away from the crazy crowds downtown but with convenient access to restaurants, grocery stores and commuter trains downtown. The neighborhood is a densely urban neighborhood, but was very quiet and we never felt unsafe. Brooke was an awesome host - very responsive and provided excellent information for both check in and check out.

Beautiful view from the roof. Roof top adds to the living space and gives the house a feel of more common space for hanging out. great walking distance to groceries. Well-loved sectional, smaller bedrooms.

Brooke was fantastic to communicate with, very prompt and helpful. The property was clean and exactly as pictured. Very walkable to a variety of cafés and restaurants. I would reccomend staying at Brooke’s townhouse.
