ID REQUIRED: We may request that you provide us a copy of your valid driver’s license, passport, or other government-issued ID prior to check-in.

QUIET TIME: Our neighborhood is important to us and most residents live here full time. Please respect the community and avoid playing music or making loud noise outdoors after 10pm and before 7am. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

NO PARTIES: Only registered guests are allowed on the property. If you’re found to have had a party without our permission, you’ll be charged an extra $500 cleaning fee in addition to the cost to repair any damage incurred. In the unfortunate event that neighborhood disruption occurs, YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.

PARKING: All vehicles parked overnight MUST be in the driveway. A maximum of 2 vehicles can be parked on the property. Please let us know in advance if you’ll be bringing an oversize vehicle, such as a moving truck or RV. If it’s too big to fit safely on the driveway, it must be parked overnight outside the neighborhood, and we can give you some ideas of places in the area to park it.

NO SMOKING INDOORS: Smoking, vaping, and e-cigarettes are prohibited inside the house or garage. If you’re found to have smoked in the house, you’ll be charged a $600 deodorization fee.

PETS: NO Pets are allowed on the property due to owners allergies. If it is found that pets were brought into the house, you’ll be charged for any damage caused by your pet and a $350 cleaning fee.
