Palazzo Loreto Hotel Milano

Brand new hotel, very comfortable rooms and beds, nice bathroom and shower. Very clean. Very friendly personnel at reception. Excellent location right in front of the Loreto metro station. Many shops and restaurants around.

Nothing to complain about. There could be a coffee machine in the room but no problem. The desk could have been built be slightly deeper to better fit a laptop, but it's ok.

La modernidad del hotel y comodidad de la habitación

Está un poco alejado del centro, aunque tiene puerta de Metro a escasos metros. Y los recepcionistas hablan inglés, aunque intenté hablar italiano .. pero vieron que era español y solo hablaron inglés. Hubiera sido mejor en italiano.

酒店位于距离米兰中央火车站2站地铁的地方，距离地铁口不远，就是如评论所说走错地铁口要走多走很久的路。只是米兰地铁站的指示牌太难找了…提着行李箱爬上爬下还是没有找到Google map提示的出口…最后还是走了远路…房间空间挺大，也挺安静。床舒服，一觉睡到天亮。房价也不贵，在十月初性价比挺高了。

酒店大堂和房间大小还有点四钻酒店的样子。只是房间里没有配备任何洗漱用品…连浴帽都没有…也没有擦手纸，厕纸还是有的。就连喝茶的玻璃杯都没有…有点夸张了。实在不该省这点钱。不行房费多收一点嘛。

Lovely designed Hotel.

This was possibly the worst breakfast I have had in any hotel I have stayed at. to charge 20 euros is totally unacceptable. greasy Bacon, eggs that were rock hard and just warm (and these were the so called fresh ones that we asked for0 One member of staff said she could make us a fried egg but it would cost 6 euros extra. I saw some pancakes being kept warm under a light, they were cold. Nothing very appetizing for 20 euros per head. I am not surprised you have to pay in advance! We had a cup of coffee, left the breakfast and had a pastry, so basically 40 euros for 2 coffees and a pastry. We didn't get much help from the staff either. We did not get a chance to formally complain to reception as we were there for the Monza GP and our time was precious.
