A hidden gem for families! Beautifully tucked away property, with a park just 30 seconds walk down the drive! Large family home, really comfortable beds (and pillows), full kitchen facilities and three bathrooms. What stood out most to us was how clean it was on arrival.

Nothing! Only suggestion is a few serving platters in the kitchen would have been handy.

There was no breakfast availability inside the property but they had the kitchen with basic kitchen equipments and appliances with a gas stove , microwave fridge and a dishwasher. It was clean and nice .

They could have left a tissue box in the kitchen, that would have been handy . In the bathroom the half used old peeled wrapping shower gel and half used shampoo didn’t look very appealing. A small bottle but newer would have been a better option. At the front door a shelf or a place to keep shoes also would have been a nice addition. We had stayed for two nights and it was a comfortable stay .

Clean and tidy. Warm with heating in every room. Great number of bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

There were 4 of us staying but really only comfy seating for 3 in the lounge. Another armchair would be useful.

Location is great, spacious. Comfy beds. Heat pump in every room. Heaps of parking.

Master bedroom has an awful smell like bad plumbing, it kept me awake. Living room layout is ridiculous, sofa uncomfortable and not enough seating for our group. External door off lounge has a broken door handle so have to use the kitchen. No furniture other than beds in bedrooms so nowhere to sit or put a bag (not going to unpack and use the closet for one night). Extra pillows Ended up on the floor. Lamps all unplugged required moving furniture to plug them in only to find some of them are not near an outlet! Upstairs bathroom has trouble flushing scared to use. No hand rail on the staircase and no towel rail in the downstairs bathroom. Outdoor furniture filthy and not useable. No coffee machine or coffee. The calendar of dogs shitting was unpleasant to look at. Instructions for opening and locking the door would have been appreciated. Not a lot of thought gone into the guest experience. Didn’t meet my expectations other than the fantastic location and great beds.
