Handy location near the Old Street station, easy check in process, very good communication with the managing team - fixed an issue in the flat very promptly
Unfortunately, very noisy - single glazed so it feels like the traffic is in the room with you. There is no radiator or heater in the bathroom and so it is freezing in there. The shower also intermittently became cold. There is a small heater/A.C unit in the living space - but that doesn’t help heat the area - very cold.
