The perfect place for 1 person just stopping for the night. Has everything you need.
Could use some bottles of water

Everything in a small space but it had been thought out carefully. Air cooker, microwave and fridge there. Although so was offered space on the driveway, I chose the safe road to park. Good value.
A step in the room that I nearly forgot about.

Perfect little place for a overnight stay, handy for Rochdale town ctr with good public transport situated in a nice quiet area , highly recommend , they also have Yorkshire tea bags 😀
I couldn't see any sign on the property directing to the cozy cave so I wasn't sure if I was in the right place unless I missed it but besides that I couldn't fault the place 👍

Friendly welcome. Good shower and a good night's sleep despite a very hard bed
Large step in the middle of the room.
View from patio window onto to untidy garden with laundry and children's play equipment
