The apartment owner, who lives in the same building and was in the courtyard when I arrived (I passed him at a distance of a few meters), was extremely unwelcoming. He could have at least uttered a "hello," if not a word of welcome. There are people with such a temperament, but they shouldn't be in the tourism business. I received an email from the owner instructing me to immediately wipe up any water on the floor if I noticed it getting wet while using the bathroom, because the floor was "wooden." REPLACE THE FLOOR WITH CERAMIC TILES AND DON'T HASSLE YOUR GUESTS.
