The accommodation was beautiful, clean, and spacious. The location was excellent! Everything was within walking distance.
Giulia was helpful whenever needed.
According to the description, there were supposed to be slippers and toiletries in the bathroom, but unfortunately, they were missing (only soap available - no shower gel, shampoo or body lotion).
Air conditioning was only on the upper floor and didn't work very well, though given the current weather, it didn't bother us.

Location and Palazzo ambiance.
There were no toilet paper, shampoo or soap of any kind, we had to run to the market to buy those items, if you have a late arrival it can be a problem. pillows were too slim. Second bathroom hand shower was loose, cleaning could have been better
Checking out was troublesome, one must leave the keys inside of unit but keys are necessary to open the main lobby door, meaning we had to wait for someone to walk by and open the door
