Location, cleanliness, quiet
Although the reservation included a breakfast, we only got in 2 out of 4 cases a breakfast (voucher for restaurant). In one of the two cases we had to ask for it. The room was in 4 nights never tidied up.

We loved absolutely everything about this property. We have been traveling to Naples every year now for past 3 years and this is the place I’ve been looking for. Pristine apartment with everything you need. In a perfect location. You won’t get better.
Having to leave. Zero things to dislike.

You're right in downtown Naples at Piazza Plebiscito, close to everything and the very heartbeat of the city. Close to Spaccanapoli, the Galleria, the port, and many other neat places to visit. The hotel rooms were large, modern, and very clean. The building where the hotel is located is historic and simply jaw-dropping.
Nothing.
