A Wonderful Stay at Riad Dalal- Genuine Moroccan Hospitality That Feels Like Family! We came to Fez for the festival and were looking for somewhere close to Bab Makina. Riad Dalal turned out to be the perfect choice, just a short walk away, probably less than five minutes! But let me start with our arrival experience. We actually got lost trying to find the riad, which was mainly our fault, as we hadn't contacted them beforehand, even though they had kindly reached out earlier to ask about our arrival time. When I eventually called, Mostpha, the owner, immediately sent Aziz, to come and find us. Mustapha & Aziz were incredibly kind and helpful, and we really appreciated the gesture. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with traditional Moroccan tea and genuine warmth. What stood out most was that the hospitality never felt transactional or purely business-related. It was sincere, generous, and heartfelt. We genuinely felt like we were staying with family rather than at a hotel. The rooms were lovely, clean, and comfortable, and the breakfast was absolutely superb! Throughout our stay, Mostpha and Aziz went above and beyond to make sure we were happy, comfortable, and well looked after. Their kindness and generosity made all the difference. Another big plus is that the riad is located in a very safe area, which gave us extra peace of mind. What made Riad Dalal truly special wasn't just its convenient location or comfortable accommodation, but the people behind it. Mostpha is a wonderful host, and Aziz is incredibly attentive and helpful. Together, they created an atmosphere that made us feel genuinely welcome and cared for. A heartfelt thank you to Mostpha and Aziz for making our stay so memorable. We arrived as guests but genuinely felt like we were leaving family behind. We would happily return and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Riad Dalal to anyone visiting Fez!

We had a wonderful stay in Riad Dalal. We felt very well looked after for our first visit to Morocco. The riad is a superb base for discovering the medina. We were offered on site parking , we were welcomed with mint tea, the rooms were very clean and comfortable, the breakfast on the terrace was superb and we were chaperoned safely to a local restaurant and picked up afterwards.

L’accoglienza di Mustafà e Aziz è stata davvero speciale: ci hanno trattati fin dal primo momento come persone di famiglia, con una gentilezza, una disponibilità e un’attenzione difficili da trovare. Qualunque fosse la nostra necessità, hanno sempre fatto di tutto per aiutarci e farci stare bene. Ci siamo sentiti così accolti e coccolati che, alla fine del soggiorno, anche loro sono diventati parte della nostra famiglia. ❤️ La colazione è tipicamente marocchina, deliziosa e preparata con cura. La posizione del riad è ottima, a circa 10 minuti dalla Medina, ideale per visitare Fès e allo stesso tempo godersi un luogo tranquillo e accogliente. Consigliamo questo riad a tutti, senza alcuna esitazione. È stata un’esperienza che ricorderemo con grande affetto. Quando torneremo a Fès, sicuramente torneremo da Mustafà e Aziz.
