Spacious, clean, parking spot outside the house available.
Check in procedure. They require a lot of information, send a lot of (unnecessary) messages and some information stated is not accurate. Email claims check in code will be sent one day prior to arrival, but turns out it will not be sent unless you fill in your arrival time. Made things a bit confusing.

Peaceful surrounded in a living area next to a forest with great space and well equipped kitchen
Good ramen restaurant half way to the station
Could be a bit cleaner and it was a little far to walk from the station but we appreciated it cause of the peaceful and quite surrounding
Next supermarket is 15min by walking

Great location. Extremely spacious house. Quiet setting yet in walking distance to the lake, the station and Fuji Q.
Not much storage but we used the downstairs tatami room for our bags so not a problem.

Location was great! this stay has an amazing view of Mount Fuji peak!!! instructions were clear and straight-forward. parking directions were very helpful also. really enjoyed our stay! rented bicycles to get around. was a lot of fun :)
there were 2 tatami rooms; for us, Canadians, we weren't quite sure what to do with those rooms. there was a dining room, but no "chilling" area or seating, so we just lounged in the dining area. Also, there was a super useful washing machine, but no drying rack; so we used the hangers.
