Perfect location! Less than two minutes walk to the metro station. The room was very clean, very spacious with a comfortable bed and bathroom. The kitchen was fully equipped and convenient. The cleaning staff came every day and cleaned all the room, the dishes and the garbage. We had a wonderful stay and will surely return.
Everything was perfect

The accommodation was good in terms of ambience and physical look.
The customer service was very awful. An unpleasant experience that I do not wish for anyone. I nearly cancelled my booking at the very first day. I had to go to their feedback and saw that a lot of people had similar experience. Beautiful accommodation but I will not recommend for anyone looking for apartment in Vienna. The owner has a lot of work to do, otherwise these staff will mess the business up.
