the worse place that I ever stayed in Nottingham city

location

there is a serious dump in the property and I require full compensation

Greedy, lazy, and uncommunicative

The "communication" was abysmal. Automated messages only. No reply to the one request I made. A landlord who doesn't care at all, and is only interested in doing the bare minimum (in this case, absolutely nothing). Avoid

It's ok for very short stay

The flat itself was absolutely fine and had everything I needed. As for the rest of the facilities, I really can’t complain. Everything was perfectly fine. The location is a bit of a double-edged sword. It’s very convenient because you’re close to the city centre, but unfortunately that also means it can be very noisy, even during the night. I’d definitely recommend bringing earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. Other than the mattress and the noise, I had no issues with the stay. One more useful thing to mention: the nearest car park is only about a 2-minute walk from the property and costs £12 for 24 hours, which I think is quite reasonable and very convenient.

The biggest downside for me was definitely the mattress — it was extremely soft, to the point where you literally sink into it. Personally, I couldn’t get a good night’s sleep, kept tossing and turning, and ended up with back pain.
