Breakfast was good. Beds were very comfortable. The area is safe secure and quiet
This hotel is only a few months old , yet there was a large stain on the carpet by our desk. The TV would not allow me to change the settings to closed captions on some channels. We are both hard of hearing so could not watch PBS.

Hotel was new
The staff appeared to be new and inexperienced. I was double charged, and no one seemed to know how to correct the issue. At one point, I was even told that the problem was my fault.
After they finally contacted a manager, the issue was resolved within five minutes. What was most concerning was the lack of urgency over an incorrect charge of nearly $500. A mistake involving that amount of money should have been taken much more seriously from the beginning.
