Ncebo was an absolute super star ⭐ He was attentive, he listens, is helpful, friendly, polite and quick. Whatever yol are paying him please pay him more. He is a valuable member of your team. May he keep up the excellent work of serving people well.
The room was quite lovely and tastefully decorated. I like that the cute bathroom amenities yol provided catered for my needs. Like the makeup removing wet wipe & the box with self-care items for example. Little things like that make you feel welcome.
I like that yol catered to my dietary requirements. That was special and very much appreciated.
I like that when I reported that the aircon in my room wasn't working properly, yol offered to upgrade me to another suite. I like that yol provided blankets for the cold night.
The bed was comfy.
Please vacuum and perhaps deep clean the carpet in the room.
Please wash used blankets.
Please unclog the shower drain because water pooled at my feet whenever I showered.
I didn't like the orange juice that came with breakfast.

It’s close to the shops, it’s clean and very nice.
That the room key did not have a remote for the gate. We had to wait for them to open the gate whenever we were leaving.
