It was really good that we received our check-in codes before we arrived since we got to the hotel before check-in hours. The hotel staff tried their best to provide an earlier check in which was much appreciated as the storage lockers were full.
The location is excellent and there were lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel thoughtfully provided ear plugs but the area was still fairly quiet when we needed to sleep.
Communication for needs was done via WhatsApp and you just need to text earlier if you need an answer - our wait was within minutes or 15-20 in the evening. We were notified of important info via WhatApp (e.g. when the elevator was being repaired). Our only small regret was that the app posted the pool was open until 10 pm but it turned out it was closed by 8 pm. So check messages on site!
Thanks for a great stay!

Location was walkable and plenty of places open 24hrs. The rooms are ok, and include a stovetop/sink/fridge/microwave. Had plenty of closet space. They should add shelves and hooks in the bathroom. Also the bathroom lock was broken.
They have extra towels and amenities on the second floor, which I couldn't find at first because I didn't want to use the "emergency exit" door, but if you open that door then there's a key code closet space with the extra towels, blankets, toiletries. Overall I would probably stay here again.
