Waikoloa Fairway Villas J33 is located on the third floor with spectacular views of the golf course and King's Lake. . J33 is very well situated in the Waikoloa Resort as it is a short walk to the Queen's Market and with an even shorter direct walking path to King's Shops. You can also easily walk to nearby Anaeho'omalu Bay (A-Bay) to swim, snorkel, kayak, catch an excursion or just soak up the sun. The 2025 remodel, which included all new appliances, flooring, paint, window treatments, ceiling fans, beds and furniture, was done with attention to every detail for your convenience and enjoyment. While your dedicated parking spot is just outside, you're guaranteed to enjoy the walkability of this beautiful condo with the perfect location for a relaxing vacation!

HILTON POOL PASS: Valid for stays now through December 31, 2026. Maximum 6 persons per pass (children under the age of 5 are not counted towards the 6 person max). Use of the Hilton Waikoloa Pass is valid from 4pm on your arrival date and 11am on your departure date. The pass and instructional letter will be in your vacation rental upon arrival. Free Self-Parking for one vehicle at the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel. Access to all pools, waterslides and hot tubs at the premises of the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel. Includes pool towel service. 10% discount on spa treatments, lagoon toy and cabana rental and food at Lagoon Grill, Orchid Marketplace and Shaka Cone.  No blackout dates. We do not have the ability to add additional people to the pass. Users must be guests of ResorticaHawaii.com. There are no exceptions to this policy, and if policy is breached, the pass can be revoked. Passes cannot be sold or purchased; they are an inclusion in your stay at participating ResorticaHawaii.com vacation rental properties. If a pass is lost or damaged, there is an up to $250.00 replacement fee. Terms and fees are subject to change.

GOLF BENEFITS: Waikoloa Beach Resort Gold Membership Golf benefits (discounted tee fees at the Waikoloa Beach Resort Courses).
Fees are $95.00 per person, per round. There are three 9-hole courses (Kings Nine, Lakes Nine and Beach Nine). Guests can combine two courses for a total of 18 holes. Golf Club Rentals are $50.00. Instructions for using this privilege will be sent after reservation is confirmed. ***Rates subject to change

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
PLEASE NOTE: The Fairway Villas at Waikoloa will be undergoing exterior painting from September 2026 through November 2027. Building J is scheduled for March 15-April 13, 2027. This project should be a reasonably unobtrusive project and not affect guest stays.

PARKING: Parking for one car in a reserved parking spot.  Only one car allowed for overnight parking with this vacation rental.  Oversized or commercial vehicles are not allowed.  
HOT TUB: Per the HOA rules at Waikoloa Fairway Villas, children under the age of 12 are not allowed in or around the spa/hot tub area.
NON SMOKING: This vacation rental is a smoke and vape free property. No smoking or vaping allowed on the premises
PET POLICY: Pets not allowed
BABY EQUIPMENT: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please reach out for references to a local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.
START UP SUPPLIES PROVIDED: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.
