À propos de cette location de vacances
The “Ferienwohnung im Brechstubenweg,” renovated in 2020/2021, is located just outside Kiefersfelden on a hillside with a view of a picturesque panorama. Spanning 95 square meters on the first floor, it offers ample space for 4 people in two bedrooms, plus a sofa bed in the living room for a fifth person. The vacation rental features a flat-screen satellite TV, two balconies, a fully equipped kitchen, a washer-dryer, free Wi-Fi, and free parking. The living room has a wood-burning stove that provides cozy warmth during the winter months. A ski storage room is provided free of charge.
Munich and Innsbruck are just under 90 km away; Rosenheim is about a 30-minute drive, and you can reach Salzburg in just over 1 1/4 hours. There are many places to explore and things to do in the surrounding area, whether you’re into hiking, mountain biking, downhill skiing, or cross-country skiing. Several ski resorts, such as Hockeck, Sudelfeld, and the “SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser-Brixental,” are nearby. Right near the vacation rental are two swimming lakes: Lake Kreuth (a natural lake) and Lake Hödenau, which features a water ski facility and two restaurants. Additionally, about 5 km away is a summer toboggan run on the Hocheck adventure mountain in Oberaudorf, the Söll–Hexenwasser children’s attraction, and Ellmis Zauberwelt in Ellmau. These make for ideal conditions to experience nature and the mountains year-round. The truly adventurous can fulfill their “dream of flying” with the Oberaudorf Flying Club. The well-known Bavarian lakes, such as Chiemsee, Tegernsee, and Schliersee, offer countless opportunities for day trips and can be reached within an hour. The center of Kiefersfelden, with shopping options (groceries, bakeries), is about 2
away. Children are always welcome. We live on the first floor of the house and have two children of our own.
