Welcome to Rebecca Pointe, a gorgeous lakefront home located on an outstanding lake lot that is almost an acre! This two-story retreat plus loft is ideal for a quiet family escapade. Upon entering, you'll first come across the fully-equipped kitchen. This space is ideal for those looking forward to letting their creativity flow and surprise everyone with delicious meals!

The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, including a French door fridge and a dishwasher, and plenty of counter space. Right off the kitchen is the dining area featuring an eight-person dining table and a ceiling fan.
Then, continue the tour and you'll come across the inviting living room with direct access to the spacious lakefront deck and sunroom. The living room boasts two armchairs (one with a footstool), a sofa, a ceiling fan, a wall-mounted flatscreen TV, and board games. Experience unparalleled lake views from the furnished deck and let this be the best outdoor gathering spot ever! It boasts a seating area, an outdoor dining area, and even a gas grill, perfect for summer barbecues. Come back inside and unwind in peace in the sunroom, equipped with two sofas, three armchairs, and a ceiling fan. This is a great nook to read, take naps, or simply relax on your own. This level also has two bedrooms, two bathrooms with tub/shower combos, and a laundry nook. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans, but only the main bedroom has a flatscreen TV. Upstairs, you'll find a small loft area with a sofa and a flatscreen TV, one bedroom, and an ensuite full bathroom with a walk-in shower.

If you ever need to stock up on groceries or just enjoy a little dose of city life, Leesville is almost 14 miles away with plenty of dining options, shops, convenience stores, a bank, and so much more.

Swimming in the lake of the dock was awesome and the kids caught more fish off the dock than the men did in the boat. Overall it was a nice time well spent!

Smooth check-in. Beautiful lake views. The house is a bit dated in the structure itself.

The home is in a very good location. However, the property leaves a lot to be desired. To begin with, there is way too much furniture in the home. It feels very cluttered and claustrophobic. If you are going to cook, make sure you bring aluminum foil (sheet pans are very rusted), non-stick spray, seasonings, also a good knife. We also ran out of garbage bags and had to start using plastic grocery bags for trash. I would not suggest using the grill outside. We were going to, but when we uncovered it, there was a horrible odor. Once I looked inside, I could see how dirty it was. The master bedroom does not have any vents, so it does get hot in that room. The bed was comfortable, but when I took the sheets off, I saw how dirty the mattress pad was. It really needs to be washed. There are also urine stains all over the carpet in the house. The bunk beds do not have top sheets, only fitted sheets and a comforter (which I don't believe gets washed). The dock was nice, but due to the owner's boat and jet ski, it was very difficult to tie up our boat. The neighbor's had a dog that they kept outside in a pen, and he likes to bark. I don't think this home would be a good fit if you have small children.
