For sports-loving guests, a newly built fitness studio is available, equipped with a treadmill, exercise bike, dumbbells, and everything an athlete’s heart desires. Our spacious XXL infrared sauna is especially relaxing after a workout.

For social evenings, we’ve set up a new, spacious summer kitchen right in the garden. Located next to the pool, it offers plenty of space and a huge dining table with chairs for cooking and dining together. A large wood-fired grill and a Weber charcoal grill are available for barbecue enthusiasts.

The property features two fully equipped apartments with separate entrances, ideal for large families or vacations with friends. Each apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom, and a living room with a terrace.

The kitchens are fully equipped, from dishes to modern appliances (refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, coffee makers). We provide everything you need for your stay—from towels and linens to washing machines and irons—all included in the price, of course.

Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms and in the pool area. On days when the weather isn’t ideal, German satellite TV and a variety of games provide great entertainment for a cozy family evening. The fully air-conditioned house offers ample parking.
