Immerse yourself in the exclusivity of our black holiday homes, which impress with the charm of Danish beach houses and a fascinating exterior façade in ebony black. Inspired by the idyllic atmosphere of Rømø, these 60 square metre wooden houses offer a unique holiday experience. Their high-quality timber construction not only ensures an attractive, natural design, but also a pleasantly temperate indoor climate thanks to oiled ash floorboards. The individual, functional floor plans of our houses enable a practical room layout that is specially tailored to holiday requirements. Inviting, customised built-in furniture lends a cosy atmosphere to more than just the bedrooms. The centrepiece is the open-plan kitchen-cum-living room with large glass fronts offering views of the surrounding fields, while underfloor heating and the environmentally friendly geothermal heat pump provide warmth.

The outdoor area of each house is characterised by alcove-like, covered wooden terraces that invite you to socialise on long summer evenings. For children, a secure play area inside the house fulfils all dreams. Each holiday home also has a private parking space and a barbecue, perfect for cosy evenings. The communal experience is rounded off by a spacious sauna, which can be used by all guests of the holiday complex. Here you can sign up for private wellness times and enjoy the cold season to the full.

The location of our holiday homes in Zierow, just 5 km west of the charming Hanseatic town of Wismar, offers the ideal starting point for exploring the picturesque surroundings. The nearby wide beaches such as Boltenhagen, Kühlungsborn and Warnemünde invite you to spend long days on the beach. Active holidaymakers can enjoy hiking, boat trips and fishing on the Mecklenburg lakes. Even on rainy days, the Wonnemar Wismar with its wide range of bathing and wellness facilities and the Mumpitz play paradise in Wismar guarantee fun for the whole family.

In the holiday region around Zierow, guests can also hire bicycles or beach chairs to explore the idyllic landscape on their own. Cultural highlights such as the historic World Heritage Site of Brick Gothic in Wismar, the Hansapark amusement park or the wide range of excursions by boat offer varied entertainment for every taste. Special services include a laundry service for a fee and the provision of a high chair or travel cot on request.

Discover the unique combination of comfort, nature and culture in our Black Holiday Homes. Enjoy an unforgettable break, whether alone, as a couple or with the whole family. Let yourself be enchanted by the special character of this place and make memories that will last a lifetime. Our lovingly designed holiday homes offer the perfect setting for this.
