This condo offers a prime location, perfectly nestled between the famous Hangout and Sea and Suds, with a variety of restaurants just a short stroll away. Enjoy the convenience of a beach just across the street, making it easy to soak up the sun and surf.
Inside, you'll find a thoughtfully updated space with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The condo is designed to cater to both relaxation and functionality to accommodate your group comfortably.
Step outside to enjoy the shared outdoor pool, or relax on the deck with a grill for alfresco dining. With free WiFi and a smart TV, staying connected and entertained is effortless. For those traveling with pets, the condo welcomes one pet, provided they are kenneled.

Things to know
• State Identification Card or Driver's License copy will be requested upon booking.
• Traveler must be at least 25 years of age to make a reservation.
House rules
• The home has a maximum occupancy of guests. Renters who exceed the occupancy limit are subject to eviction.
• One pet is permitted per stay and must be kept in a kennel. A $100 pet fee + taxes will apply.
• NO SMOKING in the house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
• No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $500 fine.
• Security camera/recording device — “For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside. Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties.”
• Please note we don't provide beach towels
