Overall, we had a great stay. The centrally located property made it easy to get anywhere, and the designated parking space was a huge plus. Despite being near a bar and neighboring units, it was surprisingly quiet. The kitchen was clean, updated, and well-equipped, and we appreciated the reliable Wi-Fi, smart TV, two separate bedrooms, excellent communication from the host, and reasonable price.There were a few drawbacks. The couch was uncomfortable, and while the property was mostly clean, there were several housekeeping issues, including smashed bugs on the wall, a handprint stain above one bed, stains on the couch and some towels, and trash under a bed. The washing machine had a musty smell and visible grime, the vacuum looked like it needed cleaning or replacing, and the lamps in one bedroom appeared dusty and worn.Other minor issues included mosquitoes inside and around the property, low water pressure and fluctuating water temperatures, no recycling option, limited extra bedding, and air conditioning that struggled to maintain a consistent temperature. Guests should also note that there are steps to the front entrance, so the property is not wheelchair accessible.Overall, none of these issues significantly impacted our trip, and the positives outweighed the negatives. With a little more attention to cleaning and a few maintenance updates, this would be an exceptional place to stay.

There was plenty of space for two people, the kitchen is well equipped and nice having a full washer/dryer in the unit
